Supporting collaboration and community led initiatives within towns and villages. Up to 30 communities will participate in the project, these will be selected through an open call process to participate in the project. The open call will invite communities to set out proposal for delivering access to services and community enterprises which focus on integrating the principles of SMNR into community activities and facilities.
