Dewis Gwyllt will test a novel supply chain for wild harvested products, linking communities with their environments and providing employment in rural areas. Initial research and scoping work on sustainability will be followed by 2 rounds of pilot activity to test two different models for wild harvest supply chains, developing innovative harvesting and marketing practices and potential new technologies. The Pilot phases will inform the development of a Social Enterprise to continue the supply chain development.
