Dragon

The aim of Project Dragon is to grow SCC’s business to that of a leading top-end mid-tier cheese manufacturer.

The project involves investment in the re-development and expansion of SCC’s core cheese business:

  • To add two additional cheese-making lines to meet customer demand.
  • To develop SCC’s added value (pre-packing) processing lines.
  • To redevelop the site’s services to increase capacity and improve resource utilisation: milk reception, whey processing, effluent treatment, boiler steam generation & chilling plant.
