30 properties will be surveyed following an open call via the Anglesey Landlords Forum. Each property will receive an individual energy report, providing the landlord and tenant with energy saving advice. The reports will make multiple recommendations with estimated installation costs, followed by indications of expected savings (energy costs and emissions) and the estimated pay back period.
