The project is to undertake a feasibility study that will explore alternative transport models and provide a costed options appraisal for alternative ways of providing Transport to meet the needs of individuals in communities. Providing an effective and efficient transport system where good connections allow the communities of Neath Port Talbot to prosper and where everyone can access the opportunities they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
