The plan involves investing heavily to significantly grow the business through additional investments consisting of additional dry cow housing and maternity, new cubicle housing, feed storage, solar PV, manure storage and covering of a dirty yard. These investments will allow the herd to grow further whilst also target welfare and animal health levels resulting in a high output, high welfare business more able to cope with milk price volatility.
