A community-led recording, planting and land management initiative, which will engage local people in protecting existing areas of rich biodiversity, and increase connectivity between those areas. This will improve the opportunities for species to flourish and will help make communities more resilient, whilst stimulating a sense of place, community cohesion and wellbeing. We will invest in education, community activities, planting, fencing and land management, and the project will be run by funded Project Officers.
