The project is to upgrade the 20 bedroom Hafod to a 4 Star (possibly 5 Star) quality. The character of the property will be maintained but enhanced by an interior that will be luxurious, spacious and stylish.
There will be a contemporary design but retaining a sense of place through the internal design and décor, with equal prominence to both Welsh and English languages, employment of local bilingual staff, wherever possible, display of Welsh artwork and use of locally sourced ingredients.
The project will also include a major kitchen upgrade, to support a higher quality food offer.
