The project, through surveys and questionnaires will help establish an accurate baseline of current attitude/perception/awareness of dementia in Cardigan and Tregaron communities. The Intergenerational Community Resilience Group Partnership is made up of CAVO, Hywel Dda University Health Board and Ceredigion County Council.
