The project is the conversion of the existing function room, kitchen store & cellars into 8 additional 4 star ensuite bedrooms, and 2 new 5 star self contained units, for 2 people, which can also be offered as additional b&b rooms.
They will then be the only business on Anglesey that will be able to offer this mix of accommodation and food offer.
