The project enables Lewis’s to maintain and expand market-share, improve quality, consistency and secure 112 jobs and generate 8 additional. Intervention expedites our long term strategy. The equipment and infrastructure contained increase our efficiency and environmental credentials, opening up products to more buyers across Vegan, vegetarian Hala and Non-Halal sectors.
The investment facilitates increased average wage across the business and further upskill the workforce, pushes our continuous improvement culture and supports the deprived local economy and workforce creating direct impact.
