Enfys will be a unique internet based, collaborative, Community Intervention System (CIS) specifically designed to help mentor and develop skills. The system will be available for use by all but particularly so amongst the Millennial Generation (14-34 years of age) by advising, supporting and encouraging the user to envision, plan for and achieve a more promising future. It will be a repository for a multimedia experience that uses social media platforms to allow for a range of networked systems to be accessed and managed effectively and will facilitate management of resources, including volunteers, by identifying skillsets needed to support individuals and groups. The CIS is innovative and adaptable to the needs of the individual, groups and potential employees and will enable Menter Cwm Gwendraeth Elli to intervene on an individual and group basis to enhance community development, capacity, share best practice, guidance and case studies.
