The aim of the project will be to create digital clubs in order to bring together numerous digital elements under one umbrella and to offer a complete package of support and information and to provide a programme of fully bilingual support and information. Participants will, in turn, develop and increase their digital skills and confidence to a level that will enable them to use information technology equipment to gain access to services.
