Elan's location is remote and classed as a deep rural area. There are no public transport links at all which means that the most disadvantaged within the community cannot access the 72 square mile estate or any of the activities on offer.
A minibus will support disadvantaged groups to access the bespoke training courses, access to the wider estate and access to and from the market town of Rhayader for events and activities.
