The project will produce a guidance to the _Top 10 horticultural crop ideas for Anglesey_ detailing crops that have a proven demand/route to market or about to increase in demand through food trends. In collaboration with a local leading horticulturist, the project will then host a workshop, demonstrating new horticultural techniques and varieties. From this, it is envisaged a new growers group will emerge with innovative ideas and will feed into the local food supply chain. / The project will work with Farming Connect and existing growers project groups such as PONT.
