Following on from the small study undertaken and the evaluation event, the new Artisan Crafters would like further support to build their group to at least 20 members and further develop their products and skills. This project will, in stages, develop their product development, processing and marketing skills through workshops and collaborative marketing. This pilot will focus on enabling the group to establish a new artisan craft group on Anglesey with the aim of developing iconic individual crafts of local/regional provenance. The group also aim to try and attract younger designers/artisan crafters and transfer skills and experience. This project will directly link to any business support within Business Wales and will focus on added value and support that is not offered through this service.
