The project will use the Open Food Network platform which provides producers, processors and food retailers with a digital based system to distribute local food and drink. The platform also allows foods businesses to make seasonal and special offers to their customers. The project includes the following elements: 1. A bilingual Open Food Network platform will be developed which will accommodate the Gorau Mon / Mon Mam Cymru imagery and branding. 2. A series of producer workshops to train them on joining the network and uploading their range. 3. Work with Gorau Mn to identify the best vehicle to progress the project e.g. CIC or Social Enterprise. 4. Identify suitable distribution models to support the Open Food Network project.
