The project will adopt a place-based approach and actively engaging with partners, stakeholders, communities, businesses and residents to tackle digital exclusion.
Through a partnership approach employing 2 FTE officers, the project will develop collaborative actions which enable solutions to barriers local communities face in accessing digital infrastructure, the need for which has been further highlighted through the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on rural communities.
