This is a cooperation project that will bring together food producers from the rural areas of Denbigshire, Flintshire and Wrexham into a North East Wales Food & Drink Forum group. In addition to networking, sharing best practice, discussing challenges to the sector and working up project ideas, the group will also hold training, mentoring events, familiarisation trips and workshops for producers.
Project will achieve increased networking for producers across three counties. It will also look to strengthen short supply chain efficiencies and work more collaboratively with other food groups such as Cittaslow, Food Assembly, Food festivals Clwydian Range Food Trail etc.
