Taking the learning, good practice and success of The Outdoor Partnership (TOP) in North Wales, establish a sustainable delivery model in each of Sport Wales proposed 4 regions (Gwent, Central South Wales, Swansea Bay and Mid Wales).
The aim is to inspire more people to regularly engage in healthy activities outdoors in order to reduce social exclusion, tackle poverty, improve health, educational, social, economic and community potential, through the appointment of Outdoor Development Officers, utilising TOP programmes.
