Outdoor Health and Green Infrastructure

This project improves health and wellbeing by providing pan-Wales opportunities for participation in outdoor nature-based programmes. The development of social prescribing ‘clusters’ will streamline referral systems, increase participation and embed nature within community wellbeing.

The project will develop improved training for practitioners and coproduction of best practice. The development of pioneering woodland hubs will protect and enhance greenspace, while engaging communities year-round. The services, methodology and resources produced through this collaboration will inspire and support long-term growth in the sector.
