The proposal is for the efficient pasteurising of Mount Farm Milk on farm, to create a sustainable, locally marketed food product.
The proposal will add value to the raw material produced on farm.
Efficient milk production will be undertaken on farm following conversion of an existing farm building, purchase of a state of the art pasteurising equipment, bottling equipment, labelling machine, creation of business office, kitchen and bathroom.
