Our project aims to tackle the issue of youth unemployment in the rural wards of Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent. The project will be aimed at young people who are not currently in education, training or employment and have difficulty accessing projects and services outside of Caerphilly Borough. Our focus will be on teaching the wide range of transferable employability skills that can be found within business and enterprise with each programme being delivered around the creation of an actual social enterprise.
