The project has two key elements;
1. Creation of 14, 5 star luxury self catering units - 10 quality P-Lodges and 4 feature Safari Tents. Each unit will have its own private hot tub and provide secure bicycle storage and drying facilities.
2. Bringing The Shippon Restaurant "in-house" so as to develop it into an AA Rosette standard dining experience that will meet the expectations of 5 star Plassey customers and serve the wider region as a destination restaurant specialising in local produce.
In addition to the two key elements of product development there will be considerable investment in provision of enhanced internal roadway, environmental landscaping, and in keeping with numerous environmental awards improved waste management for Plassey Leisure Park customers.
