This project concerns the production of artisan gelato ice cream adding value to milk produced from the 300 cow dairy herd at the proposed site. A new business shall be created from this venture and investment will be required towards the ice cream laboratory consisting of manufacturing and storage equipment needed to successfully produce quality ice cream.
