A three year pilot aimed at vulnerable people aged between 18 and 50 living in isolated properties and villages with few amenities in rural Montgomeryshire. The view is that people should be able to access necessary services without having to move into town when they have spent much or all of their lives in rural upland areas. The scheme will integrate with existing befriending schemes for people under 18 (Rekindle) and those over 50 (PAVO) to address the unmet need for those people with mental health issues between the ages of 18 and 50.
