The project has been designed to address the continuing decline of rural market towns which have for many years experienced loss of services and investment resulting in a loss of opportunity for rural areas of Powys. It has been proven in communities where up to date plans are in place, significant funding has been attracted with this supporting evidence.
The plans, through consultation, will look at the needs within a specific area/community/town which could include: Community Facilities and Local Public Services; Employment, Regeneration, Retail; Environment, Tourism; Housing; Parking, Roads, Travel
