Cooperation: Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire. In Ceredigion, the aim was to employ an additional Motivator/Trainer.
A wide range of people will benefit from this project including; young people, older people, women, Welsh speakers, disabled people, farming households, micro-businesses, small businesses and the whole of Ceredigion.
Motivating by Broadcasting will be a clustering and cascading project, i.e. the role of all Motivators/Trainers will be:
(i) to create questioning and discussion clusters with the aim of broadcasting as the primary motivator, and
(ii) to begin a motivation/training cascade as members from the clusters become motivators/trainers themselves, sowing the seeds of social broadcasting wider and wider across rural areas.
