Following on from the successfully completed ReSkill UpSkill project, and discussions with a number of partner organisations, the need for additional workshops and skills sessions focusing on a range of skill gaps have been identified. Cwm a Mynydd has built on these through additional engagement with the Caerphilly Tourism Association, CCBC Business Support and Funding team and partner organisations to propose a range of skills sessions to fill this skills gap. The skills based sessions will cover a range of topics from on farm skills, customer enagement, lifestyle skills and business developemnt The project and its activities will be accessible to those that live, work or contribute to Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent. We will work with local landowners, network members, local business groups and partner organisations will be contacted to encourage the uptake of the project.
