The project is based on four key themes: wildlife/ nature, travel routes, health/well-being and adventure /sport; to target first time, high yield visitors into Mid Wales. Activities include a social media campaign, working with influencers to create Instagram and Facebook stories; innovative map-based software to collate user generated content in real-time identifying content to build the "unbranded, authentic and real" message; a ‘Mixed Media Destination Guide’ and digital promotion to include advertising in high dwell areas in target market areas and key access points to the region.
