To expand the business the plan is to create a multi-functional space - Pavilion building - adjacent to the existing building.
The new building will have views over the open grassland onto the nearby coastline and will include Wi-Fi, a recreational & breakfast room (breakfast available as an option) with sofas to offer a recreational area throughout the day and in the evening a licensed bar, open for drinks and light snacks.
Third parties are also interested in using this facility to host pilates, yoga, artist weeks, performances and catering for small gatherings.
The new building will include a small kitchen designed so that outside caterers can plug-in to cater for such events.
This kitchen can also be used for group bookings who wish to take the whole site.
The new building will also contain a small treatment room for massage and other therapies that guests would be able to book on request. A two person outdoor, wooden, barrel style sauna is also planned to complement the treatment room. This with the pilates/yoga courses will extend the business into the health retreat/spa holiday market.
