The Roost on Rock Road – convert pub into serviced accomms & restaurant

The project is to convert and fully renovate, refurbish to a minimum 4 star standard the former 'The Four Bells' public house in the village of St. Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan.

There will be 5 double rooms, in 'boutique’ style. The public area will include original stone feature walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, high poseur tables with the adjoining lounge/dining area offering c 40 covers designed.

The décor will be themed around the Vale’s historical industrial and agricultural heritage as well as incorporating local aviation connections.  There will also be a conference / private dining room, and improvements to existing infrastructure.
