The project involves making structural changes to the existing building, converting the ground floor and basement to the restaurant/bar, and the upper floors to hotel suites.
The kitchen has been specified to a high technical standard and capacity, and the refurbishment and furnishing of the restaurant, bar and rooms has been designed to the highest international standards, to create an attraction which will pull in high-spending visitors from outside the region.
