The conservation, refurbishment and revitalisation of the listed Beudy will provide community, educational, visitor and administrative facilities for this extraordinary initiative in heritage tourism, in cooperation with Cadw and the local community.
Even if the wider scheme did not proceed this stand-alone project would be viable and meet identified community needs, as well as being an exemplar of good practice in building conservation and low carbon technology.
