Tredegar Arms Hotel Ltd – 10 bed serviced accomms, 40 cover restaurant

The project is to develop a 4 Star Guest Accommodation (or Inn) product at the Tredegar Arms.

The property has been closed for a decade and the external shell is being restored through a significant £1.5m from the Townscape Heritage Initiative, Vibrant & Viable Places, and Cadw.

The project considered here is the internal fit, with the significant purchases being the en suites, kitchen, and furnishings. On completion there will be 10 bedrooms, a 40 cover restaurant, and separate conference facilities.
