Drawing on Phase 1 findings we propose the creation of the first ever Strategy and accompanying Action Plan for the Welsh Game Meat industry, along with an accompanying Supply Chain Development Body.
This will consolidate further the work carried out with stakeholders in Phase 1, as well as provide a mechanism to unify the supply chain delivering increased economic and social benefit to an industry in Wales already valued at over £100 million per annum, with potential for year on year growth into the future.
