The aims of this pilot project are to support and develop a bank of volunteers in a train the trainer approach across the rural communities of Wrexham. This will involve working with community groups and individuals to increase their skills through specific training courses such as train the trainer, developing a volunteer programme and strategy, and volunteer management.
