Wales Community Food Distribuion project launch

The Wales Community Food Distribution programme, led by PLANED, is delighted to launch the open call for applications for community food hubs across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.

Stimulating Wales’s food supply chains, this flexible, inclusive, environmentally and economically sustainable distribution model, will bring together community groups, food producers and suppliers in Wales

Alice Coleman, Project Coordinator says “as part of the Wales Community Food distribution programme, this project is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing community activities or to be a springboard to bring people together. It’s a brilliant way to access great value fresh food and develop practical skills whilst supporting local suppliers and producers”

Are you a community group, a school or employer and would like to find more about the Wales Community food Distribution programme?
