During the summer months the BeefQ project intended to use the Farming Connect Demonstration Farm Network to demonstrate how farmers can contribute to and maintain the eating quality of the animals they produce.

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions we are not able to currently hold these events. Instead we have produced a series of videos which describe how certain aspects of farm management can impact on eating quality of beef.
