The Profi Programme helps to improve young people's skills in the world of work. The Leader element of the project will work with young people from Year 10 onwards to support the development of an interactive online quiz. The quiz will enable them to identify, develop and measure the development of their skills in a visual way as they take up new experiences. As a result, this will in turn motivate young people to take up more opportunities and further develop their skills. Young people will be involved in the development of the quiz and will pilot each stage of the quiz during the development cycle.
Five films will be also be created showing young people a cross section of careers within the area to demonstrate that there are opportunities in their communities and opportunities to return to the area to work after graduating.
