William Winter is the Managing Director and co-founder of Navitas, an electrical manufacturing company that grew from a blank sheet of paper into a multi-million pound brand within its first year. With over ten years of experience in the electrical industry, alongside a background in aerospace, wholesale, and entrepreneurship, William brings a unique mix of commercial intelligence, creative vision, and relentless energy.

I have been involved in small and medium start ups for many years. As a mentor for a number of organisations within Wales for the last 17 years I have been in Local Government. One of my key interests was the support for our economy and employment for our young people. I have been involved with 27 start ups, all I am very pleased to say are still growing, at a steady growth. I have numerous network contacts, which provides me with a valuable resource to call on for expertise in a range of areas of business.

I have extensive experience of winning new business and developing capabilities in existing and new markets (including export) for technology and engineering companies and consultancies. I feel passionate about helping businesses to grow and achieve their strategic aims.

I am also an experienced Safety Professional, with over 15 years of safety critical industry experience and a passion for helping businesses and projects to ensure that safety is efficiently led and delivered.

I am a wedding industry entrepreneur with proven experience as a Welsh wedding venue business manager and consultant. In addition to increasing wedding bookings and driving profitability for Welsh wedding venues, I specialise in sustainable and ethical wedding services and best practice through my two business ventures: Wild Roots Kitchen & Bar and Green Manatee. 
More broadly, I am passionate about supporting wedding venues and couples as they take steps towards more sustainable wedding practices, as well as guiding venues to better serve LGBTQ+ couples.
