I have worked as an executive leadership coach and organisational change consultant since 1995. Before that I led my own, very successful, business in New York. I have a proven track record in working with senior leaders to measurably improve business results. I do this by improving the quality of the conversation’s leaders have with each other and their people – whilst working on their ‘live’ business issues and challenges.
I have worked as a mentor and coach with multi-national teams and projects with organisations from Charities, Large Corporates, SME’s, Government Agencies and within The United Nations.
I have worked and supported clients in Retail, Technology, Construction, Pharma & Health, Oil and Chemistry, Science and Innovation Hubs, Financial Services and Utilities.
I have supported clients who have led start-up’s, have been acquired, have diversified, wanted to grow, needed to change direction or have needed to close or exit markets.
