16 years of self employment.  Have started several companies, built workforces with management structures.  Developed company structures with holding and trading companies.  Was presented with Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2017.  Experience in winning local authority contracts, national company contracts, housing associations and brokerage firms.  Initiated and implemented digital live feed and tracked diaries across our fleet with electronic invoicing, job cards etc run through Android devices and centrally controlled mapped jobs.  Have rented and purchased company industrial premises and the associated utilities, drainage and planning permission needed with the purchase.  Experience with all aspects of the employment of staff, inductions, Health and Safety, risk assessments, method statements, HMRC and taxation, company policies and advertising. Have developed crisis management plans for business and had to implement them due to ill health.  Experience with environmental permits and environmental management plans.  Have written and implemented business and growth plans and studies.  Through the years have picked up and developed my skills in the day to day running of a successful business. 

Qualifications:
Bsc honours degree, WAMITAB level 4, Waste Supervisor level 3, IOSH Managing Safely, Site Safety Certified, train the trainer fork lift qualification, First Aid at Work, fire warden/marshal qualification,  Construction line accreditation, CHAS registration, Acclaim registration.
