To research, and develop the mechanism to establish a third sector business development company as a mechanism to encourage entrepreneurship and business ideas and to test trade possible opportunities. The business development company would create a network of individuals with expertise in business, business development and ideas generation. The process would involve the constant process of scanning for new opportunities that could be suitable for community enterprises, third sector or commercial companies.
