Defaid Dolwerdd is a cheese a making business using Sheep’s milk, based in Pembrokeshire. They have developed several brands of cheese from sheep’s milk alongside the Food Centre Wales in Horeb.
The next step is for them to move into their own unit at Horeb, where they will be required to purchase their own cheese making equipment.
This project therefore involves the purchase of milk pasturizer along with cheese moulds, cheese racks, vacuum packer and ice cream machine.
Undertaking this project will allow the business to process the additional milk that they have sourced, and will allow them to make significantly more cheese on a more flexible basis.
