To appoint a Consultant to undertake an options appraisal on the lack of basic services in Llanbedr DC and produce a feasibility study. The study will look at the potential of Llanbedr DC and provide a business case that will provide a facility to increase community and business engagement and involvement.

This project will be a stepping stone to obtaining other funds to carry out the projects identified thus making it a viable enterprise.
