The applicant is looking to set up a new upmarket bistro-style restaurant and quality serviced accommodation offering in Tenby.
The building to be developed had previously operated as Fecci’s Ice Cream parlour for a number of years. This self-contained unit is situated in a prominent position in a highly desirable location on St George’s Street, in the heart of Tenby and just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour.
There will be 80 inside covers and additional outside capacity during the summer months, together with a separate formal dining area, lounge area and a private dining area.
The first floor will be converted to accommodate two 4 star bedroom suites, one with two bedrooms, both with separate living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, and a small kitchen. The suites will be serviced, with breakfast being served and the additional option for guests to order lunch and dinner.
