The investment includes an extension to the main property (i.e. the extension is linked to the existing building) adding the 26 x 4 Star rooms; a small gym and spa; landscaping; as well as upgrading the existing 12 rooms in the main House and 8 rooms in the Coach house to the same 4 Star quality.
The extension will be in keeping with the existing building with a slate roof and will include a small courtyard area.
The connecting link between the existing building and the extension becomes a dedicated reception space which; replaces the existing dated reception and, by removing the existing reception the existing lounge spaces become more private and to a higher quality.
The investment will also include rainwater harvesting and they are looking at options for solar panels.
