Mavi Properties Wynnstay - The Three Eagles

The project is to convert the redundant Wynnstay Arms a Grade 2 listed 17th Century Inn on Bridge Street in Llangollen into a 110 cover destination restaurant and cocktail bar.

The building will be tastefully converted and will retain the traditional character of the 17th century inn with several features such as fire places and panelled beams.

The restaurant is over 3 floors, the ground floor will accommodate 70 covers, an open kitchen area (where customers will see the chefs), banquet / booth seating area and a relaxed feel but retaining the high class elements of the overall venue.

The first floor will accommodate 40 covers with a more fine dining feel with high attention to detail and premium food dishes. The second floor will accommodate the cocktail / gin bar, in a gothic style, with chesterfield style seating.

At the rear of the property there is a large south facing courtyard which will be converted to accommodate up to 60 covers. The courtyard will also have a wood fired pizza oven, and mock gin distillery in the outside bar. There is a large cellar in the basement and an extensive kitchen at the rear with easy access to the restaurant.
