The project will fund the expansion of processing capacity and creation of a cooked product area, to facilitate full separation of Raw and Cooked products to minimise risk of cross contamination.
A small extension will be added onto the existing processing facility. This will be completed to a food grade standard and be used to mature, slice, package and label Moch Coch products, using funded equipment.
Processing equipment will be purchased to increase production capacity.
